Before entering the world of coaching and facilitation, Katie was a high performer in sales, crushing quotas and climbing the ranks within global luxury hotel brands. She made every list that celebrated hustle.
She held coveted roles inside elite family offices, with the kind of access and material success that photographs well. But under the polished surface, there was a slow erosion of self at work. One at a time, she had been trading pieces of herself for someone else’s version of success.
Then came the wake-up call.
Like diving into glacial waters, the realization stung her to the core - she had been operating within a system that rewarded burnout, materialism, and disconnection from self. She saw how deeply the corporate world had conditioned leaders to prioritize financial gain and status over true fulfillment and relaxed wealth.
She couldn’t be part of that anymore. So, she became a force for something radically different.
Just months before the world was turned on its side by the pandemic, Katie leapt into coaching—challenging leaders to break through with fierce accountability to their vision and greatness.
A year later, Katie packed up her life in Washington, D.C., and took to the road, spending a year in nomadic, intention-led living - along the way shedding the layers that had once kept her small. Each step reclaimed creativity, courage, and the voice she had buried beneath years of external expectations.
Her intuition finally led her to Los Angeles, a city that had always pulled at her, and she resisted. Arriving with no roadmap and zero connections, she was raw, foreign, and exposed. She was terrified - and it led her to dig deeper.
In that space of vulnerability, Katie found something she’d starved for: safety in her nakedness.
The softening that resulted became the cornerstone of her work today and resulted in her attracting a few of the most highly respected artist managers as clients in the music industry. Not to mention a world-class visual innovation, a creative agency supporting some of the world’s most sought-after artists.
With warm accountability, deep honesty, and an intentional revolt against the systems that domesticate power, she has helped leaders navigate career shifts, scale businesses, land record-breaking deals… and craft lives that feel as good as they look.
